I guess it works, but isn't quite as fast as I expected.

Still, a 3 meg file in under 15 seconds is better than I was on :)

i would recommened plus.net to anybody. Im on plus net 2mb premier for 21.99 a months.

plus net are great if you have any problems as well. They email back within 24 hours, and on the website you can pull up all your info such as months usage, get a speed test etc.

highly recommended. I been with them nearly 2 years and rarely had a problem, but when i have been sorted quickly and efficently. much better than virgin broadband. Took over 3 weeks for them to reply to my emails.

I have to agree, I was on 'in the queue' at Pipex for 44 minutes last time - then 'click', then 'sorry, our office is now closed'. That was the last straw, but even leaving them was a nightmare, their email customer support is nothing short of apalling [when I received an email which actually had content, it was often irrelevant or contradicted what I was told on the phone].

Plusnet answered my first call, in what I would call 'peak-ish' time - 5:50pm - in 1 minute 56 seconds. They've been nothing short of helpful and friendly.

By the way, I don't work for them :)
