I would rather me bunjee (spelling) jump off a 200ft crane with the chord tied around my neck than play one of these bastard things again.

Ok, i know the JP is £500, and me putting in £200 to win approximately nothing from it is nothing to one of these machines. These are dangerous machines. I see one poor sod playing THREE of them at the same time. One was one of these shitty party time things, one was a monopoly inspired one and the other, a 4 reel thing where 3 7's on each reel awards the jp. Now either he was a millionaire or a complete loony. He was fuelling these things with £20 notes every minute and only being awarded arty farty 50p wins here and there.

Im pissed off losing £100 on the £25jp ones, let alone possibly losing 3 months salary in 20 minutes on these things!

Anyways, has anyone won big, or lost lots on these?

Mainly, I don't even go near these lo techers.
Stick to the hi techs. More fun. More gameplay. More CASH... :)
However, I did get 3 sevens out of 10p on a £5JP Big 7 by electrocoin.
That is rare and I don't expect any payout again.

i am soo glad i gave up fruit machines, i gave up around when party time had been out a while and was sick to death of pumping money in them and getting f all return, like you said £20 notes dissapear like they didnt even exist.

im soo glad i never started paying these evil £500jp machines ive never even seen one and dont want to lol.

darkelf. lotec machines are usually just machines with reels and wins, no feature board as such, but dont know if you can call the top feature on party time/monopoly/golden x a feature.

hitecs are just your normal run of the mill get 3 symbol or get up to a certain part of the trail to activate the feature board type machines.

Lo Tech is basically 'hold and nudges'. Mid Tech could be holds, nudges, and possibly some minigame, whereas Hi Tech is normal pub/club machines, with feature boards, trails, e.t.c.

But I guess machines like Party Games that have video screens and 5 reels are 16-21 machines. Is that right?
Section 16-21...Just a pointless fruit manufacturing saying...
Well that's what I think.

It's a Gaming Board of Great Britain doodad :)

They are random, but that doesn't mean you stand any more chance on them. In the same sense - the Lottery is 'Random', but after buying 2 tickets a week for 3 years, same numbers, we finally got a win last Saturday of 4 numbers, and gave the bastard up.

Some times I think you'd be better off with the old 72% payout £500JP clubber than the Random stuff.

Mind you, for sheer speed of wins, the Sec16/21 machines can't be beaten. No beating about the bush, features, anything like that, just a screen full of 7s :)

Well mostly they are run by companies like Astra or Barcrest and they contain
Unemulatable ROMs or no real ROM like Bar-X. I would say you could make your own up with the right software, but not real ones in real life.

If I had £200 to risk on gaming, I would put in into my virgin gaming account and play the 98.6% 20p min stake roulette at £25 stake, atleast you have a real chance of winning and they also give you some free cash. To be honest I trust Virgin (MR.Branson) more than the Merc. driving quick buck arcade owners. Infact I think this site is better than the arcade now!
