seriously tho press charges because even if he has "mental dissorder" im sure his parents have tought him right from wrong....my step-brother has ADHD and has been diagnosed by the doc although he does go on the net but doesnt go about and do all the things that have been metioned.

im sure even if the little kid has a "mental disorder" he should be in constant supervision of his parents or a relitive.

anyways press charges and give the little prat a lesson in life because if he doesnt get charged he will do it over again and again untill someone is actually hurt by putting theyre details on the net.

He signs up for free forums, basically all you need is an email address and the name of the site to set it up.

I think at the very least, you should push to have him removed from the internet by contacting his ISP. Surely, his ISP should be made aware that he is using their service for criminal activities.

My ISP gets threatened when users get caught downloading movies ect... and as such, they disconnect the user. The user then has to write a letter of apology to the ISP in order to be reconnected. You get something like 3 strikes then you are out for ever. The letter is held as a contract and can be used in the event of you breaching the ISP guidelines again.

I'm sure PT05 doesn't pay his internet bills so in one sense, it will be brought to the attention of his peers that he has done something bad.

I am very pissed off with him and im not going to say much apart from he has made me very angry.

Arcadia is run by criminals anyway, but thats not the point, the stupid c*** PT has gone too far, Im with ken, press charges.

My dad works as a legal executive too , only in family law though, so he cant really help you, however he would know people who can.

Also you have tons of evidence against him, i mean just think of all the witnesses. Dont do it for the money, do it to teach him a lesson he will never forget

I blame his carers/parents for buying him 15? fruit-machines and a PC probably just to shut up the arrogant little f***.
Hopefully after a warning from the police, his parents confiscate his PC and we all get some peace

Well basicly, he lives with his Mum only, i have not seen him in person he was too scared and shy to say hello, i had 2 machines from him. Yes he does have loads of machines and is only 16. He does not have any friends. I can quote his mum on that. PT does like his machines. He is a waste of time and you should press charges!!! He had put me in a few bad situations. I went to get a Lockbuster and crazy fruits and £250 from his friend, we hired a van (£90) and we went no answer, turns out it was a typo error. He then bought my Cop the lot and Cash Bang Wallop from me for a trade of Golden Dragon and Prize is right. He then bought Golden Dragon back and has not collected it. Leave him forever!! Do we know if partytime exists, i only saw his mum.

Well from the pics on his site of his day at the arcade I can tell you exactly which bus stop he waited at to get the bus in and with a picture of him in amongst all the stuff he posted it would not be hard for someone to track him.

Very true ady, my bad but ive learnt now the best way to get the message over to him is to not reply at all.


Ps: id had a bit to drink when I done that so blame that, I did feel a little guilty the next day.
