Also I have Tetris/ Football Jamma Cabinet/ Police Shooter/ and Sega Hang on.. Hopefully get some more soon though but put a pool table in there so got to work out how much room I have left.. lol

lol- any pics of all these other machines then? id love to see the knackered one under the stairs!
hopefully ill be adding one more to my collection soon.......

I cant get to the one under my stairs because Housey Housey and TopSprint are in the way., but its a mini electocoin called cherry bar I think? its in a type of Pachislo cabinet, and has a blown power supply, and something that keeps tripping the power out on it.

They are all classics mate --- and you haven't got any of the new ones which is good.. real retro feel.. Somebody has just brought my Party Animal on ebay for £100. To be fair they have got a really good machine. I think it's really good, just need to cycle them so i don't get bored as I haven't got the luxury of having 50 of them like you frig.. LOL

Hello everyone!

I thought I would start a thread where people can say what games they own/have owned in the past. Might be interesting...and I'm also nosey!

;)

I'll start us off...

Monte Carlo (Barcrest) - converted so it didn't have prizes like watches and stuff at the top - 20p £6 tokens - scrapped it when I moved into my flat.

Twilight Zone (Ace) - bought from an arcade - 5p/10p £3 cash/£6 tokens - sold to a friend for £25 who sold it on for £35 a week later! Needed room for my next machine...

Club Attraction (Bell Fruit) - bought from a friend who had got bored with it. Great game, broke my heart when I scrapped it...wish I hadn't!

Screenplay (Maygay) - 5p £3 cash/£6 tokens - got it for nothing and it worked too until recently. Probably end up on the tip...

That's it for me...who's next? :)

hi there ive owned quite a few here is what ive had wall st , temptation ,roller coaster ,hells bells ,copps n robbers ,and casino crazy , all club machines at the moment i have money to burn club machine.

A tremendous haul of classics you've got there mate. The roms for some of those machines would be of great benefit to FME.

We don't currently have the roms for: Winsprint, Eachway Shuffle MK1 or the Spin A Nudge machine you've got.

I don't know how difficult it is getting the roms removed from the actual machine because I have never tried, but they're extremely hard to find these days, and are like Gold Dust in FME terms.

There are a few people capable of dumping the roms over at the Mecca if you're interested?

If not, I'd understand. :)

Absolutley right..This was the first fruit machine I ever steaked, I remember a new arcade opening up in St.Austell (cornwall) and they had this big50 machine in which gave me the 1-5-9 and held loads of times, giving me a big pocket full of brand new 10p tokens:) If I had the room I would of definately gone for this, but even my kitchen is full at the moment. Hopefully it will come up again in a year or two, when I have storage sorted.

I have been working on this recently. I have been aquiring 2708 proms to go with my eprom programmer for the early JPM stuff and have been sending proms to someone at the mecca. Unfortunately I have no way of storing the proms on my pc yet, so it is a slow process of doing things by post.

That is great to hear mate. It doesn't matter how slow the process is, just as long as they get dumped eventually, and preserved.

Some great machines can get played again now thanks to your generosity.

Top man. :)

If you send any really old, HARD to replace roms then get insurance on the package for enough to ensure you can spend a few grand to re-buy the machine from another collector.....
