according to their web site, its bellfruits latest release.
Heh, linked to that in the test machines thread.
Question is, how does one steal a fruit machine?
Obviously something dodgy going on though............ Itll sell for £2000 easy at a guess

I'm still laughing at the fact it refers to payout 'tubes'
It is weird for it to be on there so quickly after release. It'll probablt fetch about £1200 IMHO, if the seller doesn't cancel the auction.

Stealing a fruit machine would be easy, if you had the balls to do it.
Just put it on a trolly and walk out with it.
Simple as that.
Go one step further, identify a out of order one, and dress up as a engineer, wave some forms around, get a barman to sign, then walk out with it.
Or just walk out with it. Has been done before with a washing machine in one shop a few years ago. People often dont question someone doing something this odd......
Course you will probably go to jail, but you may get away with it.
Note, i dont recommend doing it!

One of my customers Welcome Break, had a massive problem with this, at one point they were down about 25 machines.. Engineers simply loading them onto vans and doing a runner.. chains fitted to all now youll notice..

Been to half a dozen pubs over the years where the landlord has walked out. Usually, they have had a disagreement with the brewery and simply posted the keys and walked away. Maybe after being coaxed to run the pub with promises of refurbishment then it never happened.
We get calls many weeks after the places are boarded up just shortly after the power is disconnected. The alarm is sounding and I've had to turn it off. Entering some of these places with only a torch to light the way, everything is intact just the same as the day when the place shut down. TV's, HiFi gear, jukebox, speakers, fruit machines, cig machine and all the bar fittings. Looks like the brewery expected the place to reopen pretty sharpish after the last landlord vacated.
Boarded up with no alarm. 2 fruit machines just sat there and just a few bits of board on the door, a door thats hidden from the public in the car park.....

also this machine is one of the test machines that came out before bellfruit rebuilt the machine with scorpion 4 tech instead of the scorpion 5 tech thats in the picture.
we haven't had any machines stolen for years but i beleive newcastle and the north of england gets hit pretty bad with this.
guys walk into the pub check to see who supplies the machines and then phone the pub to say they are getting the machine changed.
they then arrive at the pub take the machine away and thats the last you see it.
must admit this is a very new machine to have up for auction already because if they have genuinly bought it via bellfruit or deith leisure they would have had to pay full price for it and it looks like they will lose out in a fair bit of cash.

"this is a private sale i am selling on behalf of a friend who has no access to a computer"....LOL... yeah....right...its 2005 ffs who dosent own a pc these days..
this bell fruit machine is in very good condition all the tubes and coin mech have been removed to meet ebay rules and regulations. the machine is set on free play but can easily be converted back to accepting coins. it comes with spare bulb,s and operating manuals plus key,s.....
Shouldnt that be bulb's and key's....still for a brand new machine its sitting at £410...but the chances are if you bought it you could be done for handling reset goods IF it is indeed stolen..

a quick reply to kensplace, regarding how easy/not so easy to steal a machine..
at the (atei i beleive) a lorry pulled up, packed itself out with all the latest machines etc.. and drove off. moments later, the real van turned up..
we were not talking a few fruit machines, but a particular stands whole range, comprised of fruit machines hi/lo and multiplayer machines.

nails, if you believe the machine is stolen, why are you bidding on it? :S

Probably to find a method which can be sold on eBaynails, if you believe the machine is stolen, why are you bidding on it? :S

why would anyone bid on an item ? when theres still hrs or even days to go? hasnt anyone heard os snipping? you wait untill the last 15 secs, and not a moment sooner and place the highest possible bid you would go to. untill then never ever ever bid, as alll you do is up the price.

this is the reason that people list items high or have a reserve to combat these 15 second scammer's. ebay is not the same as it used to be

You couldnt have read my mind any better:) , this is what I tell people that say oh shall I put a bid on now:rolleyes: .
But as I am a buyer and a seller I have a different view when I am selling items:).
you got to look at it both ways, if you were selling items you would want them to bid sooner .
