Keep trying, one of my hobbies is putting silly low price bids on ebay.
99 percent of the time, I lose out.
But that 1 percent that I get that bargain makes it worthwile.
Sick of ebay at the moment, fecking idiots leaving a neg and a neutral...
Cant win on ebay sometimes as a seller, specially if you have a honest nature, and think there is no harm in leaving someone a positive first...
Must get out of that habit - its a BAD habit on ebay. Trust no one, they are out to get you............ Well not all, but there are idiots out there, and they
will leave negs or neutrals for a laugh, or spite because you didnt fall for a con.
for example, most recent neg. For a photocopier......
Item was FULLY working, and photographed fully working, with example of it photocopying, and the final output.
Auction stated, it will need a service to get it 100 percent if used for business, but ok for home use.
Auction stated BUYER to SEE IT WORKING when they come to collect, failing that, I will show it working to the courier...... And after that I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE.
I did that, as I want them to see it working, if they feck it up in transit, or at home then they did it, not me!
Buyer gets back to me (after stating he wants it prepacked, so the courier CANNOT see it working... hmmm) and says all copies are coming out blank....
He also says he has checked the toner and its ok.....
Later he says he has had a check from a engineer, and the engineer says the start button is dead... Circuit boards are blown, Paper guides are missing etc etc etc.
Hmmmm Start button is dead? Odd it worked for me.. It also worked for the buyer or he would not have got blank copies (or so he claims, he bullshitted me about the toner motor, but I replied to that, and guess what, no mention of faulty toner in the second engineers report....)
Circuit boards blown? Guides missing? Blank copies (if they were which they would not have been) would not have come out at that point if that was the case..
I suggested that maybe it was damaged in transit, so claim with courier...
his reply, was I spend TENS of THOUSANDS a year with courier firm XYZ so they will always deliver it carefully.
Odd his only neg on ebay is for a item damaged by a courier....
Odd he is currently selling delivery damaged items....
Odd He has only left a neg, and not claimed his money back.
He knows he is trying to pull a fast one, and knows he would be in legal trouble if he tried to claim money back, that is why he has not.
But it doesnt stop him leaving a neg. Twat.....
Then I get a neutral saying the item is fine, but had to wait a "short" while for delivery, sheesh she got it in a week. I dont promise next day delivery, I often do it, but I dont advertise it. Ebay says dont even think about complaining until nothing happens for 10 days....
Doesnt stop idiots though, or online con artists, bullies etc from using feedback as a leverage tool (he even tried feedback blackmail the first fella)
