Used to love playing Roller Coaster in my local arcade, where it was a definate £28.80 everytime on Nemesis feature of roller coaster.

Anyone know if this ROM is in existance?

I definately remember winning that exact amount on the layout I downloaded about 2 years ago, which surprised me, but then I forced enough in to get it... so it may not have been necessarily unchipped.

The £28.80 Nemesis will only work on the £15 version. Never seen it on any other version.

Used to be the £10 version: If you got Nemesis it would always go to Jackpot without fail. I've got the £6 / 20p token version and the £15 jackpot one, but I remember the £15 was never as good as the £10. It would go as follows:

I can confirm that the £10 version of Nemasis on did this as i once had the pleasure of dropping my last £1 in one in an arcade in Barnsley got a 3pound win from jpm drop in, collected and then got the Nemasis feature went for the 28.80 and the got striaght back in the feature for a jackie walked out with a nice healthy profit and some very pis***ed off locals lol

You're indeed correct. Should have added up the amounts in my head before posting.

What is more interesting though is that you've got the £6/20p version of Rollercoaster.

You wouldn't believe how sought after that version is.

We've got the roms to all the other versions of Rollercoaster, except the £6 roms.

On this version, the features used to repeat a lot more than any of the other versions.

Three repeats on Test Your Strength wasn't that uncommon - but you'll be lucky to get just the one repeat on the £10/£15.

We have the 10p / £8 in our local arcade and I can honestly say that it is the best machine they have, because it is fun and dosent cost a fortune to play.

Do you also know that there is a brand spanking new version (or should that re-vamped version) of Roller Coaster same old machine brand new cabenet i think its a Cristal machine, done along the same lines as Line-Up(infact the only one i have seen is right next door to the Line-Up in one of the arcades on the front at Scarbro. I have only had a quick play on it (one pound) and i got £5 from it this one is on £5 JP 10p play, I dont know if the nemasis feature on this still gives you every win to JP as i did not get it. But all of the features are there includeing the Test Your Strength, also dont know if this slows down with the Cancel button, but i am assuming it will as cancel still slows down the skill stops. And it still goes to feature if you get 3 feature holds on 4 or above.

Hemsby, there is an £8/10p Monopoly and Rollercoaster next to each other.

dont know if this helps but there is a machine called sidewinder thats a clone of rollercoaster.
£10 jackpot and has the nemesis feature but is now called air bomb repeater on this machine.

I only have the £8 emu of Roller Coaster,does the £10 exist?

It was a shame the Nemesis trick dont work that rom because I remember that was the first cheat I ever found and I was looking forward to doing it again!
