Nice layout. :)

I've just downloaded MFMEv3 to play this game and on trying to load the layout I'm getting the error message "Can't allocate the DIB Handle".

I'm running Windows '98. Is this the problem again?

I think DIB handle is something to do with the ram of your computer , might be wrong like .
I had loads of probs with win 98 might be a good time to buy a new os m8 :)

Cheers Toddy. Getting the same message even when I try and run some of the games that work fine on MFMEv2. Also, found another error message. I'll stick to MFMEv2 just for now.

Are you playing the right layout? This is a £15 version, and I've put quite a bit in without a JP.

And here's me getting ready to shell out for windows vista.

LOL I hope thats a joke :)

I am so glad I didn't shell out for Windows XP 64bit. Doesn't even finish installing on my hardware - Athlon64 CPU (either running at 1800 or 2565 MHz), 1024mb Geil DDR, DFI LanParty UT nf4 SLI-D motherboard...

Gets to the 'Installing Devices' part, and then flakes out.

LUCKILY, like I said, I didn't pay for it as I was purely intending to evaluate it, and if necessary, I would have licensed it / activated it.

I hope you don't pay a great deal for Vista and then find out you have to swap out loads of hardware just to make it work :o

I know what you mean with XP64. I had the trial version, it wouldn't run half my stuff.

Wouldn't even install at my end. I could see me being really pished off if I actually paid full price in a shop for it, and it wouldn't install.

The BSOD I was getting during install was often something about 'IRQ NOT LESS THAN EQUAL' or something :S - I thought it may have been the SBLive card I was using, but removed it and got the same. Gave up entirely at that point :) . If it won't support a reasonably popular Creative product, they can shove my downloaded *ahem* version up their arse.

PS- My apologises for taking this thread off topic, the layout is class - I'm assuming this was made using the photos with major flash burn and neon reflections, and you've done a sweet job with them :)
