A reworking of Empires Ghost Train for Mfme V2/v3

Thanks to Pete_w and the repository for the flyer
Thanks to the original creator of the 1024 dx for reel images and lamp numbers.
Thanks to Wizard for the tools to emulate the machine.

Set to 25p play £10 Jackpot and an unrealistic 90% payout.
The flyer was grainy but useable...

A great machine! I remember playing this in the arcades about 8 years ago one of the best machines ever made IMHO, shame it would allways kill you after your 2nd move unless the machine wants to pay out.
