Saw a new one in the pub this afternoon, Jack Potter (Wizard of Odds) by Voodoo. To bre honest I thought it was a JPM, it was an absolute shocker.

Dunno how old it is, but probably co-incides with Harry Potter and all that rubbish

We have a "Chav It!" in my local, I have discovered. Total, total arse.

Even worse than Fatboy Spin, amazingly. Played like toss to the two blokes who had a go after me, too.

you get them on trial at a price equivelent of a rental and then if it performs well we buy them outright.

if they are poor the we either send them back or the manufacterers recall them as no further support will be given.

thats what i'm led to believe but my boss does let me know the money details regarding new machines.

thats the way most amuesment supplier's opperate with test machines, rental first and buy later if the taking's are excellent, it was the same way bass opperated test machines when i was working for them a few years back.

Just a quick note for those who wondered what it looks like - Chav It is Fatboy Spin with a hexagonal feature board and "comedy" feature names like "Dough Selecta" for Pick A Win.

Not nearly as well done as that other Chav machine that was mentioned a while back :)

How much would it generally cost to rent a test or new machine (passed test)

I have been given a price to hire a Party Time Player (single PTA) £25. LE150. About £200 p.w. Is this a reasonable price?

So is paying about £200 per week good for a limited edition (150 made) single player of Party Time arena?

why would you want a single player? surely half of the appeal of pta for the operator is that people seeing others getting a good streak up top will entice them to play in the other positions on the multiplayer.
