Old user but never said hi.
My name's Mike, 24, From Exeter down in Devon but reside and work in Torquay.
Used to be a massive fruit machine addict, particularly on holiday. Really nice to see some of the old machines on here, brings back some excellent memories.
Keep up the good work

HI there, I've joined today and have been playing fruit machines for over 12 years now. Been playing emulated ones too for a good few years. :-)

Hi Everyone!
Grew up on the Isle of Wight so there were plenty of arcades about by the sea.
Live in Bath now where such things don't exist!
Looking forward to getting some of my old faves back through the emulators!

Heh, I'm an Exmouth boy myself, and spent many a hour in Exmouth arcade in my younger days. Bit older than you though (38) so we would have seen a different era I guess.
Can't quite remember the names of the arcades in Exeter, but used to go to the one just down the road from central station from time to time.. Can't really ever remember winning big in there.

Hi everyone!!
New to the site so introducing myself. I'm Cammy from Fife (that's in Scotland for those that might not know!).
As a kid I loved arcade and console gaming (still do actually) but I never ever made the jump to fruit machines once I got older...so why am I here?
Well, I'm a massive Nintendo fan and I recently found out that there were a few fruit machines linked to Mario so I looked around and found a Mario Kart 64 machine for sale, though listed as not working. Did a bit of reading about them and decided to take the plunge and buy my first machine and have a go at repairing it - as Mario Kart 64 was one of my all time favourite games and it would look great in my gaming room, if it ever gets completed.
I'm hoping it will just need a new main board and all will be well. Going to start a thread in the "Real Fruit Machines" Help section so if you want to follow along that's were I'll be.
Here's the machine, which I think is in pretty good condition but would love to completely renovate it so it's as if brand new (but that would be a project that's a long long way away!).
Cheers,
Cammy

Hello, I've been a lurker here for many years myself, I've been a member before but most likely account removed due to in-activity - Even when the old MFME was still around. I'm a lurker mostly because I'm a member of way too many different forums/facebook/twitter and I'm a gamer on-top of that, so its really hard to stay active. I'm a British ex-pat living in America, and I use to play fruities all the time, I noticed one of the mods had a Line-Up avatar, one of my old local fish and chip shops had one of those for years - I used to love that machine, lost count how many times I used to empty that and get a nice dinner with the winnings.
Its been a long time since I've been back in England, I kinder miss all the old arcades and showboats - I've still got quite a large download library of roms from old sites.
