i have just joined and downloaded mfme 10 but when i run a fuit machine it wont fit on my lap top screen, why is this?i have tried changing the res but still doesnt fit im missing the buttons which causes alot of probs,i would be very gratful for any help..........:bigeyes15:

hi everyone :bigeyes04:

Hello J and welcome...

Basically you can't with that Emulator unless your screen supports the res that the layouts are created in.

Older emu's can be though. You may find more answers in the KB Knowledge Centre - Knowledge Base at fruit-emu.com

Can i just add if its only the buttons you can't see you might wana try the shortcuts to play the machine IE (Space = Start) (1 = Hold) (2 = Hold HI) (3 = Hold LO) might still be able to play the machine then, if you don't know the other shortcuts feel free to post what machine and ill tell you them.

Hope this helps

I don't know anything about fruit machine emulators, roms ect but i'm reading up and just thought i'd say hi. I'm new here and this is my first post. I Don't know much about this emulator but will try to work things out. I am hoping to learn and help others out if I can. I am fond of arcades too and like to preserve a little history of fruit machines also.
I'm sure there will be other posts behind this one but this is the first. Happy Holidays everyone.

Hello everyone, new member. I am sure it will take a while to get up and running and work out how to put a and b together to make it all work, but it should be fun and rewarding none the less.

Lost more than I care to mention in various arcades around Derby, Rotherham, Nottingham in the 1990s. This was mainly as I hated my job as a rep and used to hide for hours blowing the money I probably felt I didn't deserve (Something Freudian I am sure). Haven't played a live one for about 8 years now and don't miss them one bit. I do miss some of the games I really enjoyed though and will search out "Indiana Jones" (choose wisely) and some others I remember. I do hope it is here. Oh Coronation Street was another one I lost loads on, but it was fun when it went on a £75 run.

Right I am off to learn and explore, probably see you in the Help section before long.....

Im a collector of real arcade games mainly pinball although Ive got around 25 fruits from Grab the Bank (1985) through to SPace Raiders (2006)

Thought I knew all machines but have recently been offered a JPM OUTCAST club machine but cant find a picture or details of it anywhere. Any members know anything about the game

What a site! Didn't even know that the old classic fruit machines could be emulated so well. I was amazed to see Smash 'n' Grab which is one of my personal favourites. Does anyone remember the 2p version called Crack the Nut which had monkeys instead of pigs. Many thanks to all the contributors for a great trip down memory lane.

A very big welcome guys....

I think even today we are sometimes in awe even being aware of FME and the memories it can bring back playing on your PC's......PC's that wern't even heard of when they were around.
