hi i have the fruit machine called "cabin fever" i cant get the machine working saying pay err 17 . i have put the swiches on the right one as im runing it at £25 pj can any1 help or has any1 knw where i can get a manual for the machine thanks

Seems like I didn't introduce myself when i joined sometime back. Grew up on the Isle of Wight spending my entire childhood in the arcades. I have an original early 80's Barcrest Line Up which has in the last few months decided to stop working so I need to persuade the missus to let me take a look at it in 2010!

I'm not new to emulation however I'm sort of new to Fruit machine Emulation. Like I said in another thread I'm not so much interested in the fruit machine bit but rather how the emulation works. I have some experience in this field and hoping once I have gathered all the knowledge about this hobby to be more hands on here.

The thread was fine, it gave me something to read. I don't emulate anything *yet* but would love to give it a go. I am however very interested in how things can be or are emulated so that is why I was curious about the code here.

Pinmame is easy haha. Well I guess they all are when you have them working.

(My downloads were just an emulator and a couple of layouts.)

Welcome to the site.

You have an early 80's original Line Up. Is that the one with the original £2 Roms set which used to reset to number 3 after the attract mode and give you £2 featurehold trick. Even if it doesn't; I am in awe:notworthy:
