Does anyone know how to empty the payout tubes on a 1997 jpm snakes and ladders quiz machine. Also if anyone could tell me how to change volume that would be great.Thanks.

if this is the same cabinet as the jpm hangman machine then you need to put the machine into test.
open the back door and press the red button on the mpu once.only press this button after the machine has powered up after you have opened the back door(remember and pull the backdoor switch that powers up the moniter so you can see whats on the screen)
if you have pressed the button correctly then some options will come up on the screen which includes test payouts and thats how you empty the tube.

you should also be able to change the volume on these tests as well.

its not the same cabinet as the hangman machine and i think that has buttons whereas mine is touchscreen. I will still try it tommorow though and let you know if it works, its too loud at the minute to try at this time. Thanks alot for your help.
