Hmm... what with MFME3.1 supporting ProCONN technology, which I'd say there is a possibility Bullseye used, then it might be emulatable, but it depends on the original ROMs (i.e the program the machine was running) being available.

If you check out the MPU Mecca, I'm 99% sure PeteW posted pics of a very very early classic of Bullseye complete with a green 'proconn' alpha.
Looks like Bullseye is indeed on the cards.

Because I'm such a nice person and I'm pretty much buzzing at the moment, I dug out the screenshot for you.

Theres another thread around Emulations on around what i'm about to say.
I really wish 'classic' creators locked their work.....
Basically this is the backbone of ANY DX.WDX.PDX.CID! release......
All too often a DX is rushed and theres not even an attached thanks to the people that did all the brain-work.
I honestly think that a vast %'age of members, CD buyers or whoever don't even understand a 'classic' or the reasons why they are made...
If the Emulation is locked it can be appriciated for a while in respect to the work 'put-in' and an unlocked version released at a later date......
All too often we see a classic release...3 hours later a DX...and the classic never see's the light-of-day again!

Quite right though.
What you will find though is that it's the 'popular' games that have DX's made of them barely an hour after the classic release. In some cases, even multiple DX's are released side by side by different designers.
The machines that are not so popular tend to have a longer interval between the classic release and the DX release and this isn't always down to lack of resources.
Sometimes, I can't help but think that the rush to do DX's of newly created classics is done solely for the designer to stamp his name all over it. After all, who wouldn't mind being the person who created the 'Psycho Cash Beast' layout if or when that finally makes an appearance. It's the same when new emulators are released. Those that are privilidged to have design tools during emu production don't pick the little known machines to make a classic from. They aim high and make classic's of the most well known machines first. It's human nature.
To be honest though, I can't blame em.
The stuff I have done for the scene... I have done very little in comparison to a fair few others but I have had my moments scoring big with the odd graphics, or the odd rom here and there. Even just friendly banter. I have no 'memorable' pieces of work though. I have created no 'definitive layouts'. No bugger knows who I am and what I have done likes.
But if I was to be bitter, I wouldn't love being around the scene. My only problem is that I've stopped doing layout creation altogether quite simply because theres so much talent out there that pisses all over me.
I don't wanna spend tireless nights of toil and struggle to have my classic DX'd by the time I awake the following morning, or my DX superceeded before my effort even gets 10 hits.
Thats how I ease my concience. I stay out of designing now. I've become an old fart likes.
