According to the description, this wizard installs all the emulators available on this site. Is this true?

It installs versions of the all emulators on the site and sets up a directory structure for storing layouts and ROMs. You will still need to download updated versions of some of the emulators, ie, MFME and BFMulator.

Duplu is right, if you are new to emulation this is the file you need, as it is a complete setup package that installs menu items registry changes and checks your system is compatable and an uninstall option.

There are a few patch files to update this, but with the up and coming MFME 2.1 release, expect a new version of FMEIW.

It will be the same as MFME3.2 with design tools added I would imagine.

aye, the idea of MFME is that V2 is the series with design tools, V3 is the series with basically just the playable frontend.
