Lol why is it the scariest people wind up being teachers... I'm pretty sure I heard that Alth was training to be a teacher
PS nice to see a teacher into Final Fantasy. My old Biology teacher at school was into it and a group of 4 of us (yes, I was one of the 'geeks' ) would stay behind after lessons and discuss stuff.
There, now you know how sad I am

Hi all and thanks for replying, first to all the final fantasy posters, i'll tell you a story on how i got into that whole game!!
I went up to my local shop (one day) after a PSone magazine and they were all sold out, because of this i bought the only magazine availiable which was The history of final fantasy or something like that. a FF8 demo came free with it which i played to death! For christmas that year (1999) i got the full game and played it for hours on end (and still do) following that i bought 7 then 9 followed by 10 and tactics which i still play today!!!
For the person from't tarn whos worried bout his kids education (don't) i teach in rotherham!! if you can guess the school you win a prize! *cough*
and i hope your gonna donnie on saturday, we mignt win em for a change *cough*
P.S i can be serious once in a while (but not often)

I only got FF7 because :
I bought a Walkman from Argos. It was totally the wrong spec compared to the one in the catalogue (it said LCD remote when all it had was In Line remote, among other things). I took it back in for a refund and was offered Argos Vouchers. Decided to spend them there and then. FF7 had just gone Platinum and they had one copy left at £19.99
So I got into FF7 because Argos cocked up the spec of a Walkman in their catalogue. I didn't even consider buying it - it just happened to be something in stock and cheaper than printed in the catalogue

heh, i got hooked on 7 from my uni days and have since played the lot, including the early FF's on a nes emulator. The film Advent children is also pretty damn impressive if you get a chance to watch it.

It is freaky the way we get into stuff, from the shop not having a PSone mag ive bought all final fantasys (and watched advent children (cracking film) ) because of my fix with magic i read all Tolkiens books then went on to harry potter after i'd read all them and watched the films i started on Terry Pratchett, going postal is a great book!
So Terry pratchett, J.K rowling & Tolkien owe Final Fantasy Money!
