how do i change the jacpot amounts?

hi love the site be playing loads of old fruitys but not sure if/how i change the jp amounts some of the machines i noticed have dils and if i rember correctly this is where the jp amounts can be changed but how do i know which way to switch them and it what order do i do them in?is there a way to change the jp amount?or do i need to download the same machine with a different jackpot allready on it?any info would be great thxs and keep up the good work :bigeyes16:

Hi zzz, basically the when you go into configuration (not on MFME3.xx) there are a number of dip switches, it all depends on the rom you have tho, as for example with my Kings n Queens rebuild, it was the £5 roms, so I played with the switches (kinda lucky guess unless you can get the manual from someone) and got it from £2 JP to £5 jp, can't go higher tho without a proper editor (which makes it complex).

To clarify, there are two sets of switches, 8 each set, and either on or off possibility on each, so many many combinations that 'may or may not' work.

Once you've fiddled you need to reset the machine to see if it's made a difference.

Whats the point?..all the graphics will be wrong.

yeah but you'l know what amount your on so it wont make much difference at all really.

yeah i realise that the wins will not be what they say but i want to set them to the way that they are set down my local arcade (mostly £5 jps)so i know what the wins are anyway the decals being wrong will not really affect me thxs again 4 the advice:bigeyes14:

zzzgirl is obviously trying to set the machines so that they play like her local arcade...in other words...she is addicted to fruities and is trying to find a "pattern" which will help her win...lol

put them to 98% and you can beat the fruities in your arcades to. That will give you a good idea when the wins will come.
