Hi all,

If anyone can create Crystal's Club Mystique it would be excellent. I played this machine for ages and spent ton's of money. I would love to play it again as it is that good! I think Club Mystique was released in 1999.

Coolest machine and a simple one too. I've heard the sounds from the machine on other Crystal machines on this site.

Thanks
Alex

I'd love to see a DX of:-

1) Red Hot Rocks ..... (There's a classic version done already, but it's mute)
2) What a Carry On

I belive there are a few copies of Treasure Trail floating around, but if there isn't one in the Download section, then upload away :) (I presume you know the DX'er's nick to give credit to)

There are many emulations on other sites that don't necessarily make it here.

People hosting their own site for example, I'd rather release on my site first so that people can see what I have to offer. (if I had one lol)

As for What a Carry on.... Looks like Andy Cap, if you have a better pic of it, I'm sure it could be DX'd with the Andy Cap Roms.

Unless the classic is floating about.

Honest input from me here....

Take a look at your back catalogue of MPU3/4 DX downloads. Theres a heap load of cracking DX's but if you're prepared to search, theres plenty of DX's that were done when the scene was young. Before we all developed reasonable Photoshop skills.

How about looking over those and finding one that isn't quite up to todays standards and giving that a crack?

You'll find that the 'mainstream' DX-ers tend to use their skills on recently emulated machines. They overlook the older stuff quite simply because they have no love of the older stuff and aren't prepared to put in the effort.

Worth a shout. You may be surprised whats out there.

I really cannot agree more on that Compost....

The reason I am 'into' FME is purely for the older stuff, now and whenever it was I was lucky to discover it.

It's all decided on the Jackpot value whether somethings worth the time to create as I see it............if it's £3 as in Frog Hop or £8 as in Red Hot Roll (not forgetting the ALL NEW £4.80 in between!)-- I love em........Personally if I saw the latest £25'ers I wouldn't waste my HD space and time downloading!

Time will move on, and FME will change of course......but what to?....I don't care, my era won't change--they were playable machines....

What does make me laugh more than anything though..............you get these 'new' designers who do fook all to get artwork except create a thread asking 'anybody got'.....................try the Friday Ad or Google, buy a cheapie machine and share the resource catalogue with the Ones that did it all to get your first to you.

There are still so many from the old days which haven't been done - I see a £25 one and play for a few minutes usually that's it. Where as the old ones I play for ages --- mainly because they are evocative of memories of seasides as much as anything else.. If I ever manage to do an emulation I will definitely opt for an early re-release...

My favourite of all the jackpots was £2.40/4.80 --- don't ask me why, because I don't know.. lol

J I read your reply earlier to assist with Emu's..........I can't wait to give you some time mate, not going to say it'll be a first---it won't, and it'll probably be worse than a previously released One as it's going to be a learn curve. But as Compost say's there is room for *improvement on a few earlier releases that are overlooked...............and I promise you mate i'll give you my all (that others did for me).

* Never forgetting these are the guy's that got this whole scene moving.

As a start, so when you get a chance you can to me about this, what software do I need to get hold of? I have had loads of different programs but not sure where they all are so will have to search them out.

Thanks in advance mate.

i would like to see the early jpm called bouncer. this was a £3 jackpot or at least the one i played in the wild was. a classic layout was on the mfme site before mfme2 was released but sound hadn't been developed in mfme2 for that machines tech so it wasn't released. what i don't know is whether sound has been emulated for this tech in the newer versions of mfme. it was a great machine and i would love an emulated version.

Wrong treasure trail mate  The treasure trail i'm on about is a proccon machine £6 20p play or £3 5p play i think, blue 7's were the jackpot and red 7's were £3 on the 20p play version then you got a repeat chance for either jackpot or £3 again. Anyone know the machine i am on about? Bloody cracker.

i think Red Hot Rocks would be a good one to do, however the sound roms remain hidden.
