Im using the MFME 2.0 emulator and all of a sudden it's sped everything up, its going too quick to do anything really anyone know how to fix it?

Simply open CONFIGURATION at the top of the Emulator and alter the top SPEED setting.
Higher Number = Faster
Lower Number = Slower
It may be that you had something else running at the time.
