yes,

In MFME2 and lower you can open Configuration (across the top) you will see Two rows of DIP switches.....these vary the cost per play, JP value etc.

You will need though to get these right or the machine may not work at all, so note the original settings.

A machines Jackpot is determined by the ROM it contains...eg it's programmed at £10, this can usually be reduced but can never be upped to say £25.

i didnt mean the payout i meant the payout percentage shouldve made it clearer

the % can be changed aswell, case of just trial and error with the dips, when you press reset it should tell what % the machine is set

I am not sure if barcrest roms can be changed though they seem to give invalid key for me

Some percentages can be altered on the Configuration screen.

But If you really want to manipulate the percentage big stylee, just refuse all wins
