How does MAGE work and how do i use it because there is Video Poker that uses MAGE please help, also what do i need to download for MAGE to work

I didn't get it to work either, I trued the Windows console version, it can't find the files for some reason, even if I put them in the same directory, in it's a folder underneith or zipped. On the other hand Mame is running just fine, either with zipped games or in a folder.
