Saw this Elvis Top 20, £500 jackpot and thought i would give it a go so changed up £20 and after 2 minutes needed more change. After sticking in around £160 i got the jackpot by getting the 3 limos. Which was great but the arcade i was in wouldn't change it up so had to go home on the bus the a very large pocket.

Has anyone else played this game.

I played the multiplayer ELVIS today and hit 4 disks on £2 per go, the wheel stoped on £125. My bank total was £140.

Why the hell wouldn't they change it up?!

Crikey... they would normally automatically take the coins, refloat the bandit, and then give you notes back!

Yeah I played it a couple of times with a very small stake, and it was really really bad. I mean I got some kind of feature, and remember winning about 30p on it. Was on something like £1 per go and expected better than that.

Is it not jackpot for 3 limos. £2 for 3, £10 for 4 and £500 for 5. On £2 per go.

That about sums it up. It's also worth noting that this machine regularly takes £200+ to only give a few £1/£2 wins on £2/spin - no features, no big wins, nothing.

I doubt it's truly random, but let's not start that old chestnut up again :)

Yes I gave my girlfriend £10 to try on Elvis on £2/Spin, see if she got lucky. I was playing another machine but heard all this " doooble wooble bleep bloop - doooble wooble bleep bloop doooble wooble bleep bloop doooble wooble bleep bloop doooble wooble bleep bloop doooble wooble bleep bloop"....about twenty times

I got really excited and rushed over to see she'd got the first couple of lines mostly full of ELvis symbols. All in all in paid about £10, sounded like she was winning £500. Yeah the visuals and sounds are good, but all in all, it's a right bloomin' skank - same goes for Cashino and that new Irish Rainbow Riches blarney is a load of cack. Only tried £3, but that was £3 too much.

Bah..When I saw this thread I started compiling my top 20 Elvis tunes...lol

My No.1 in case anyone is interested is Suspicious Minds.

Sounds like a lot of you have more money than sense if you're playing machines at £2 a spin.

Yeah, I learned the hard way, hence why I don't play them anymore.

I say I don't play them anymore, been a while since I last played one (can't remember exactly, probably a month or so) and don't feel as tempted as I used to.

Just compare 'feeling ill because you feel you should play the machine when it is stupid' to 'feeling ill because you've poured money into a machine you couldn't afford to lose'.

I'll never forget the day I walked out of an arcade having lost £300. May be small compared to some peoples losses but I never intend to feel suicidal over something so stupid again.

unless its a seaside resort with more pound coins coming in than the mint, it costs £18 for obtaining £1000 in pound coins.

the only places down here who dont change up is nobles.

My local arcade quoted £30 for £1000 coins as their costs for getting change.

Mind you thats the arcade with the TOT machine which has been in there for 5 or so years. The one with one reel symbol made out of photocopy grade A4 with a Blue 7 drawn on it in biro.

So not the most professional place :)

i played the elvis games once in my arcade didnt know what i was doing really and after 2-3 goes at £2 got 3 discs spun the roulette wheels and got a meagre £6 thought what a sack of s**t put rest of my £ coins in suppose about £20 ish got 4 discs and spun wheels and £500 dropped. Whilst chatting to the zombie floor walker he said that a chap the previous day won £500 over the road in a different arcade but it cost him £300 to get it, walked to the other arcade and done the lot in another machine and walked away with nothing. I had no thoughts about what to do with £500 in cash in my hand get out quick and keep going. Dont think id make a habit of playing bit too hungry for my liking at £2 for decent money whats the most you win on 50p and £1 a go? is there any point?

oh dont... cant even remeber which machine it was, but i was rubbing my hands at a huge win that had rolled in - and then realised it was on something like 5 winlines instead of 20.

i believe i picked up £20 which should have been £250. :(

I had that problem with bellfruits tornado. Got 5 tornados and i never even got the feature as i was playing on 30p a go. Was only because i forgot to change it from when the last person was playing. It was made worse that i put another £800 in before i even got a win over £25 left it loseing £550

Damn... that is a sweet deal. Normally my bank expects a grand in £20 notes before giving me a thousand quid coins. Oh... you mean £18 on top of that? Rats cocks! :)

I played it the other day for the first time and got gold discs on 2 occasions. First time I won something like £20 and the second time I got £250 (my biggest ever win on a fruit machine to date). I think its a great machine! :)

Aw come on! £500 and you have to put up with public transport? Hire a bloomin' limo to take you back home. Hire five!
Yes, yes Gazeyre that would be my number one song as well. Fine Young Cannibals had a mighty good stab at it to boot.
I learned my lesson the hard way also. You need to be lucky to win on Section 16 and I'm just not lucky enough.

Hi Niles

Dont know where you are niles but this is a standard Nobles policy thay dont change up in the North East arcades either, thay will sometimes change up £20 if your lucky, I dont bother asking now I just take me winnings and put em in the bank.

I remember reading in another s16 thread on here that some one had been in an arcade and watching some one on a party time slutto, trying to get the jackpot, and one of the attendents told he would never get the jackpot because of dip switch 9, Now i am guessing that this was a a load of tosh from the attendent as this would be illiegal. I know we have one or two people on here who know there fruites, can thay confirm or other wise that you can surpress the Jacky on slutto with a dip switch.

Regards

Cliff c
