let me tell you about blinking e service there as much use as a ash tray on a motor bike
nv10 firm ware updates stuff that cheaper if we do it
mpu5 repairs still not repaired
pluto6 mpu still not repaired
impact mpu with a unknown error still with an unknow error when came back
sr5 firmware or unknown tech line when put back into a horizon machine for get it send it back to coincontrols
uplus azkoyen serial hoppers send back to bfg/bfm for a replacement
would you send any of your gear to them y/n ? no
relie on tech help y/n ? no
would you be better off repairing it your self or sending it back to the company that made it y/n ? yes

totally agree with you impact!!!!
we have sent arount 50 sr5 and cashflow serial and parrallel coin mechs for repair and reprogramme and about 2 thirds have came back with exactly the same faults.
the problem is there isn't many places to send your coin mechs for repair after the warrenty has gone.
and they even charge you the full repair price when obviously they haven't even checked it!!!!

Thanks guys. Saved me £15.00 for a reprograming of my MS115. The guy from ebay says they were good.. should have asked here first. Maybe this should be a sticky to warn others off. There again for a one off reprogramming how bad could they make it.

If we were to 'sticky' all the good advice post's given they wouldn't really stand out.
