If this heat keeps building in the West Cloud...I quite fancy something to kick off over the weekend...even if it's home grown. What do you reckon?
Dont think we will get any storms over the weekend Gaz I think its too fresh..if you know what i mean..think the best chance is for monday or tuesday of next week when the band of rain comes through tommorow night heavy showers follow on from the west.
You ever seen the Estofex forecasts they are scarily accurate..
European Storm Forecast Experiment - ESTOFEX
Then check out the forecast for last year in the archives when we had the mega storm
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know.

I've got my fingers crossed that something home grown might hit tomorrow night sometime...but like you say...it's too fresh and the dew point isn't happening Still, might watch Youtube later. Some great vids of that thunderstorm last May on there.

Northern France has some minor storms at the moment. Hopefully they'll hit tomorrow afternoon...I've got running in the morning, don't want wet mud!

Cloud, it ain't ain't always good being in a storm in Florida. When i was there Hurricane Frances hit, bit worse than a storm i know. I was scared but a bit curious at the same time. We were stranded for 4 days. Hardly anything happened where we were just a lot of rain and a few high winds. We were quite a bit inland. They are cool to look at but not when they're causing you aggro lol scary when your watching it on the weather map bearing down on you. But did see a fair bit of lightning when i was there. It wasn't a novelty after a while. Didn't get a chance to film any though.
Ey Up!

Yes indeed Ady look out tommorow for thunderstorms breaking out widely across the whole of the UK as more unstable humid air moves up from the continent although it will be a hit and miss affair
Ill keep my fingers crossed although Friday looks better for my area

Some big ones over the M4 driving back today from Wales...Surprised we could get the car moving in that weather! The funny thing is it is fine, and then next step you're in a downpour. That IS strange to look at!
