Yes! Come on you thunderstorms!
Nothing like a good thunderstorm - especially when you live in an apartment. Nothing yet though - clear skies over Weston bay...

I love a decent storm so am always pessimistic when the entire country has one of these severe weather warnings (as posted above). I wouldn't be surprised if it were just slightly drizzly here

Right there's a Storm here down South, just passing over us right now...Lightning and thunder at the same time, then it almighty chucked it down, rain, hail, the works. Now though it's just started to ease off, the rain is still falling and the cloud still has that evil grey in it(not the really dark sort)
Had lots of rain here before but it hasn't really been thunderous enough. Thank god we live on a hill.

Some of those pictures are really nice. But yes it is July isn't it. Don't worry 2 weeks and we'll all be on a hosepipe ban.

'Tis a warning Mr B...
Remember the discussion on Shoutbox about 16th July... Batten down the hatches, CB is coming!
Bringing distruction and erm...not much else. I decided not to gamble tomorrow!
Storms? eh? Well one today, slight downpour and a few cracks of thunder, but nothing else.

Just last week a mother and daughter was walking there dog on a field near my house and they were struck by lightning which put the mother and daughter in hospital with burns and the dog is now a hot dog cause it was fried and it died instantly. The field they where walking the dog on was council land and the mother received a bill whilst in hospital to remove the dead dog from the field and dispose of it.
What a pack of pricks the council are.

Not really thunderstorms on the way but still weather related..Met office have given out early warnings of severe weather on the way for wednesday and thursday.
The only thing i can think of it must be an X-hurricane or summat..very unusual to get this kinda weather in August.
