How many people have had jackpots off any Barcrest Sec 16 machine, these include-

Cashino 500
Elvis Top 20
Rainbow Riches
Grand Casino
Max A Million.

I will start, i have had one jackpot on Rainbow Riches off the bottom screen all showing all RR symbols on the 50p stake, within a total stake of £7.

Also has anyone played Elvis top 20 on SKY? The most i have had is 375,000. On £1000 stake with 4 disks. One X125 and one X250. Unfortunately this was free play not real money. It took me 4 hrs to get rid of it all. Has anyone had 5 of a kind, and a jackpot?

As far as i know it is only on Sky Vegas. There are variations for free play on the net like Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune and Monopoly.

big payouts in our arcade today with 4 out of 5 section 16's paying out jackpots.

cashino 500 paid out with the screen full of cashinos and then about 4 hours later £500 quid on the roulette wheel!!!

random spinner paid out £500 on the winning streak on the top spinner

mazooma monopoly paid out 2 x 250 wins to the same person.

tornado paid out £450 within 5 mins on the top feature.

one punter is getting £950 in the morning.

Great Baz, but the big question is are they taking ££££ to cover these payouts? (you do not have to answer if you do not want to for privacy)

its been quite busy in our arcade this week so i think thats the main reason for lots of payouts but its a coincedence that it was all on the same day.

and yes the machines made enough money to cover these payouts.1 customer put in 800 quid into cashino on monday night but won the 500 today.

my advice never chace a jackpot on a section 16.

In my local they have a mega slots 2 player sit down £500 jackpot. Above the coin slot it says "all wins over £25 will be paid in prize vouchers"

Is this right when on the machine it says win up to £500 CASH?

That will be a remnant from a year or so ago, where the most that could be won in any game was £25. I don't belive thats the case anymore, hence the £500 cash machines.

That's a bit rum innit i'd rather have the readies. When i got my 500 and odd quid a few weeks ago it IOU'D after the first £100 then i got the cash from behind the counter. But that was from a small independant arcade although there is a quicksilver round the corner. Their policy might be different but i wouldn't want to be a floor walker or manager trying to give a punter a load of vouchers. Not round my way anyway!

Yeh same here if they did that around my way there would be a petrol bomb through the window 5 mins later or a brick through the machine.

I have seen that voucher b0llox around aswel, but that was on some 3 player bingo thing with a £1000 JP. Wins over so much will be payed in vouchers it said.

Ah well, the fookin thing never payed it anyway

But it is a section 16 machine and its not been out that long. Quicksilver in Cheltenham give vouchers if the machine is empty so I have been told.

The voucher info on the disclaimer on Megaslot is simply to say that if you were to win more than £25 on a single line, the rest would be paid in vouchers. This is of course not possible to do, as the most you can win per line is £25.

The only reason this voucher info is there at all is because at the time the machine was designed these sort of games were in their infancy, and as they fell under Bingo legislation it was decided to use the same sort of wording on the disclaimers, just to be on the safe side. Bit silly really, in retrospect, as it was as clear as mud. Why even mention vouchers when it's all cash?

Megaslots pay all prizes in cash. If you know someone that's had one empty and they've been paid in vouchers instead of cash I would get them to complain like f***, as the arcade is simply ripping them off, and they know it.

That goes for anyone else as well, on any S16 product like Party Games Slotto, Little Devils etc. If someone tries to pay you in vouchers, tell them to f*** off and bring you cash instead like they're supposed to. If they don't, ring the Gaming Board or even ask the company who make the machine where you stand and get things put right.

There are some games out there however that are ticket or voucher pay, so make sure beforehand...
