No they are not, free...They are a fiver each and you must send the money BY CASH to one of the admins before they give you a download ticket coming through the post a couple of weeks later. Then you may stick the card in the floppy disk drive and when you download the layout the data will be transferred to the administrator and the card will expire. Any attempts at taking multiple layouts from one card will be logged to the administrator and in time Ady, Wozza or Duplu will arrest you on suspicion of attempted fraud.
But of course that is a load of shite, the downloads ARE free...What do you expect? The above?
