In what way are they super? (The 5 that you can get on the super feature)

Can you get a lower amount on the next knockout if you don't take the first amount like on normal knockouts?

I was playing this machine (£100) on saturday night. I had a feature and used the bonus nudges to nudge in £30 (3 cashpots) I then had to super knockouts and the first one landed on £60. So not knowing if the next one would only go higher I took the £60 incase I lost it to a £40 win for example.

Anyway, £60 for £3 play wasn't to be sniffed at. I had a right result next tho as I went into the bar and within £2 dropped the £100 jackpot on the Lord of the rings machine.

Unfortunately it's only a guess, but I'd assume the 'Super Knockouts' took place ABOVE your current cash / feature stack, much like those on the £5>£25 version of the machine.

So do you mean it's abit like a no lose feature, in that (if you're right) it would have only gone higher than the £60 if I'd used the 2nd knockout?

EDIT]

Just read your post again. I see now that you mean you had 2 Super Knockouts, and the first gave £60, whereas you only had £30 on the stack beforehand.

That being the case, I'm not sure if the machine had to give ABOVE the £60 on the second knockout, or could have gone for an amount between the £30 and £60.

I thought when I first read your post that you didn't take the knockouts and instead collected the stack, apologies :)

no super knockouts, in general, will award only wins higher than you're current cash stack. IMO, you did the right thing by collecting £60

So why are they so 'super' then if they're just normal knockouts? :-S

They are super because they take place above the current position on the cash stack. If you have £10 on the stack say and take normal knockouts, you could be awarded less than £10. With Super Knockouts, you will get an amount above £10.

Gotcha.
I might just have to try and find out if that 2nd knockout would have gone higher next time (assuming I can't lose £20 or so)

If it does go higher, then that doesn't prove anything. The only way to prove what super means in this case is for it to go LOWER

Sorry, I know this thread is old, but I have the answer.

Recently bought this machine, although I can only play free play, I've still taken super knockouts.

Say you had £30 on the cash, with 2 knockouts like you have, when you hit the 60, it COULD of gone lower.

It just goes higher than the stack, not the one you hit before.

Hope that helps seeing as though it is an old thread.
