hello i own a barcrest fruit machine (the party animal) and it coming up with this error

PND OPTO BLOCKED
TAMPER
i have replaced the hopper with the new one and it still fails
any help would be greatful
help me please fruit machine problem

also it still shows the error with out the hopper connected and i been told a new board will help.
is it easy to fit the board EG take all the cables take the old one off place the new one on there then plug all the cables back to gether

ive found that changing your stakes/prizes does a RAM clear for you. if you change the dip switch setting whilst the machine is on and open (on a barcrest) you will find it will alert you with a new stake/percentage aiming etc. which resets all values.

correct a ram clear can occur when changing the stakes and prizes and then once powered up change the settings back again.
if the hopper isn't connected you can also get the hopper fault.
it sounds like you may just need a ram clear if you have correctly fitted an exact replacement for you faulty hopper.

ok we only have 1 stake and 1 prize so do we take them out and then try and also where id the dip switch
