what have you thought would be a good idea to invent or modify but never actually went ahead with it then someone else did and they made a fortune with it

I had this idea once of making some kind of a machine with spinning reels each containing different symbols. The player would be awarded with a cash prize if XXX symbols landed on the BOTTOM line. No-one wanted to know about it.

When I was on dial up I thought of internet access which :
1) Didn't leave me to make a cup of tea while waiting for (choose between pr0n, warez, movies, music) to download,
2) Which didn't disconnect me from the internet either every 2 hours, or when it got bored and wanted to see if I was paying attention to my super-important download which MUST NOT BE DISTURBED, and
3) Which didn't tie up my phone line.
Luckily some clever git came along and sorted it out for me!

All it ever amounted to was a statement of "power" by an organisation that couldn't run a creche, never mind anything else.....and that's BT....BT for anyone who didn't hear me....BT...BT...BT.

i thought about a emptying system that would empty the section 16 machines?? then some one else invented one before me?? or so ive been told by regularplayer?? but he wont post his findings...
