Whilst on the subject of drivers if anyone has a C-Media AC-97..For the ASROCK K7S41GX motherboard onboard soundcard driver and have noticed the sound kinda sucks when playing the emulators. Sorta distorted and that..I had the same prob on mine for months untill i found a driver that sorted it..Gimme a shout and ill upload it

C-Media & Realtek AC97 drivers are usualy generic accross the chip version range & thus all drivers are in 1 package. Only thing you have to remember is to make sure you are dealing with Realtek or C-media as they use different drivers. With that in mind it's usualy best to go direct to the appropate chip manu's site & download direct from there.

by the way,you said you was looking for ages to find anything and stillcouldnt find.what search engine do you use???
i have yahoo and i found it in 1 press,it was first result

anyone no a nice little bit of freeware software which will scan your system and then go and find the drivers... I no you can purchase them..just wondered if there were any free ones out there.
