
Double-Display with MFME

Hi all: Is it impossible, to emulate a Barcrest mpu4 Machine with two Alpha-Displays??? Thanks for any Help, Marco.

Hmmm i not 100% sure on this as i dont think iv seen it on any previous layouts but i should think it would be possible..... what machine were you thinking of then?

It's a Swiss Machine, called "Super Ciliege 1000". It was only launched for the Swiss Market in 1997...

Do you have the roms for it? Have you tried loading them in mfme, i could try it out if you like mate.

...i sent the Program-Card to a Friend in Germany who have an EPROM-Reader. The Problem also is, this Machine has a Code-Routine in it. But perhaps it is possible to erase this Code-Routine from the Program-Card...

I've hacked the rom to bypass the security check, so you may enter any code you like it will be always accepted as correct. Thats the good news 
Unfortunately the rom doesn't to run properly in mfme. It's resetting itself continuously after spinning the reels at startup plus the second display doesn't work.

Hi Lucky welcome to the site.........
To be honest I cant see this working on any MFME version. Although alphas can be numbered from Zero upwards i'm sure Mr Wren and Friery had no reasons to incorperate this in any Emulators...Hence the resetting.
