noticed in some roms like monopoly ect you can change it ive tried to change to 30p but it wont have it is there a way around this its on jpemu i can change the percentage okay.

I'm guessing that you are trying to change it in the emulator? I could be wrong but I think you need a seperate set of ROMS to do that.
