I emailed Barcrest a couple of days ago regarding Rainbow Riches here is their response-

I can see why they put Cashino on there as it is a casino environment but i am surprised why they did not put an even better machine on there (in my opinion and the players opinion based on ratings charts).

I personally would have gone for Rainbow Riches over Cashino, 1 - because i like the machine, 2- because it has been number one in the section 16/21 charts for a very long time now.

Generates a lot of money.
