If it's Maygay / BWB it's an emulated one I believe, M1A or M1B.
Just called 'The Simpsons', it isn't Homers Meltdown or Duff Beer Guide.

Mine used to do this, but after a while it just went away.
So it might go away after a while, but someone on here will be able to tell you what to do

From my experience, you need a new mother board. Ebay around £20-£30.

Looking at this and noting what you have, the PSU's quite often fail on these... However, I feel you will be best off asking the same question @ The Mecca, where there are a number of tech minded folk, who are better placed to assist you with this: The MPU Mecca

When you first turn on the machine you should get 2 LED's to indicate power status. Then if the cpu boots up the third power led should come on.
The fact you only have 1 led would suggest that you only have 1 power sorce getting to the board. If the fuses are ok I would suggest that it could be a psu problem.
There is a battery on the motherboard (you will need to remove the plastic case lid), if that leaks it can cause all sorts of errors. If the battery has leaked then you need to either find someone goos at electronics, or a new system board.
Check the battery first. If its not leaked I would suggest the PSU is at fault.
