If I buy a dead machine and then find that the roms are screwy is it possible to get a set of roms made for it if the resources are on the website?

Or is it a one way process e.g roms can be read but not burned?

Also if it is possible, roughly how much would a set of roms cost and who could do it?

if the roms are avaliable here then it should be ok to burn them for a real machine but you would need someone with an eprom reader/programmer.

Maplin don't sell anything for a matter of pence, certainly not EPROMs anyway.

There are certain people on this forum who have stocks of EPROMs and the gear to program them...
