I have found that out as well. There are plenty other ways to get a quick jp on this anyway.

I dunno, there is somethinghorribly addictive about this and Hellraser dont you think ? They always seem in a quite generous mood ( red upgrades, extra nudges to get back red, ect).Dont get me wrong ive been stung by this before, even when backing (possible refloat??)

This plays ALOT different to the trend of Barcrest made recently.More value for your money than say a ....hi/lo type Barcrest.

Watch out for VAMP IT UP.I heard on another board they are getting a pounding by "those in the know".Dont ask me how as i dont know.

Pity though, as Ladbrokes seem to have one in every bloody bookies round here !

Where i stay the fruit machines that are sited in pubs and the arcades are genarally older machines.I aint in a town or city,so the machines we get seem to be at least a couple of years old, aprt from the certain pub chain groups. This tends to have its disadvantages as i dont get to play a lot of new release's when most do(unless travelling, which i hardly ever do now)

There is a Cash attack (supercharged clone) in a pub 5 or so miles away that ive noticed, but ive never played it in depth yet.

There is still 3 King kebabs and a couple of Barcrest from around that time.Big bro, Jackpoteers, lotta luck,Monty Phthon ect. Some of which are still £15.

Anyone else got machines like this still in pubs near them ?

I'm happy, found a local thats nice and quiet, log fire [so my clothes smell nice and 'farmhousey!', PLUS they have an £8 Let The Good Times Roll bandit on 10p play.

I've actually given up playing any machine over £10 JP - and have practically given up on bandits altogether. No matter how much 'info' you have you still have to rely on the person before having lost all of their money [which they probably couldn't have afforded to lose, much the same way as I can't afford to lose my weekly Argos pittance :D]

Plus, I while I agree that I never had a JP repeat on any of the machines listed, I'm annoyed at the state of affairs at the moment with other machines. I've put £20 into a BFM round the back with 1 board offered at £3. I HAD to cut my losses, i.e, walk off...I then find some bloke put £10 in and got around £70 out. Now...I've done that aswell, taken £75 out of BFMs, but I don't like the fact that a £25JP AWP is in reality a £75JP 'Club' Machine. I think that [and I know this will be unpopular!!], if a machine says £25 then THATS ALL IT SHOULD BE. That will hopefully kill the flay profiles most machines follow until the JP, i.e Pie Factory, Most BFM machines [esp. Diamond Mine and clones].

When the £50JP comes out in pubs, it will be a saddening day as far as I am concerned...when it is no longer about giving the punters a 'bit of fun' when they finish their drinks, but about getting people addicted to fruit machines just through offering higher prizes...I'll stick with the Bonus Balls, at least then I get £49 from the local, £1 stake, 1/49 chance of winning. Thats my idea of gambling :)

Also, I think that this De-Regulation coming into effect whereby you can use Notes as credit in bandits [previously they only offered change], is going to lead to more people addicted, more money for the supplier/manufacturer, and a worse deal for the average punter. Imagine putting a £10 note into a bandit only to find someone streaked it for £100 earlier? Will it give back partial credit?

Not Likely!
