no its still too new a machine to be emulated down to the technology that it works on and it also may never be emulated due to recent events.

ignore this site? do apologise reno, if its really such a problem then feel free to close the door on your way out.........

Just to give you all an idea, the stance on not having anything to do with the emulator here was not originally to do with the legalities to be fair (although that did come into consideration)

The initial thought was that with emu not exactly being complete at first, i.e. mpu5 emulation still needed the CHR etc, we would keep away from it for the sake of the kind of posts we would expect. It was thought that we would be overrun with posts asking questions about how this works, how that works and things would have become a mess pretty quickly.

Some of the released layouts from the sorely missed pandy (note the sarcasm ;) ) had problems, things that most people at FF had the knowledge to fix themselves or accepted. That just wouldnt have been the case here, question upon question would have caused the forums to be spammed senseless!

However as we have seen things have changed over the past few weeks and to be honest the situation hasnt been discussed by any of the mods or admins since then, it just hasn't come up.

IT is being looked into now, the answer will come as quickly as possible but it all depends on when people log on. Obviously the final decision lies with the admin for the site, as soon as a decision is made someone will let everyone know what the situation is :)

Wow. Ignore this site?

Do you have any sort of comprehension what FME was created for? It wasn't for MPU5 or Scorpion 4; it was to remember machines past; remember why we enjoyed fruit machines when we were younger; remember what we could never play again in the wild. Not for some grotesque awful money grabbing motive that FF and it's members have. The FME scene will probably die due to the release of this emulator; once IGT and BFM have sorted their game plan the whole thing will collapse. Then the source code, any update, gone forever. Sales on e-Bay of the emulator packed with a couple of hundred layouts will give the manufacturers even MORE reason to nip everything in the bud.

Enjoy your shite V9.4; and the layouts you currently leech. In no more than a few weeks, it will all be gone.

I forgot; your the one who said MPU5 was a dead technology. Made me crack up that.

A true FME fan would stay here. A money grabbing leech would head over to Fruit Forums.
Take me to your leader....

On any side (of whatever that may be) I just cannot get my head around why FME sites diss each other all the time?????

People enjoy this or that, even all of them!

*If I don't like the Co-Op I won't go in to buy 20 Ciggie's and say Tesco's next door is better. (*not a quote of anybody)

The point of this is why do FE members knock others and visa-versa....weird.

Lets all just chill and not rip each other so much.

Please read what I have written before any snide remarks are posted.

FFS Renoufchr as jimmy said, you know where the door is if that the way you feel. This site was and is a huge part of fme. Dont forget before 9.4 this is where 99% of the layouts and alot of resourses have been stored.

FE handles pretty much all the n00bs and saves other sites alot of the hassle, yet it gets 'dumped' on because of this.

Just because an emu has been LEAKED doesnt mean that the whole fme world has to revolve around it..... alot of people arnt here to play mpu5, S4 etc.

You should respect the admin on here for what they have given to fme...... rather than give them a big 'f*** you' just because they choose not to host something here (which they have every right/reason not to).

Theres a few fme sites about, and IMH they all serve a good purpose, and fme wouldnt be the same without any of them.

definately think you need to step back and take a moment fella, as has been said previously, this site gives a hell of a lot to the scene as do the rest that are involved, be it FF, the mecca, Dadsfme etc.

Same here. On FE I engage in normal chat and the talk about the older machines. On FF I chat about whats going on with the new techs, helping people and finding stuff out.

Theres no need to clash or piss each other off. In the end we are both forums...We're not on the internet to see who can dish out the most s4 and mpu5 in one hour...We are here to have fun and meet some new friends. Thats what I'm herre for and I feel great! :D
