i have no idea what the problem is however i can't even download explorer 7 because i need a genuine windows licence key to be able to get ex7 but saying that it is a genuine licence key that i have but it was installed on another pc for a short time before i bought a new one without an o/s installed. so microsoft are trying to make money infact £92 for a key upgrade.

I downloaded this on my state of the art computer at work today and it wouldn't run. It kept trying to connect and just froze my entire system. Gave up after 3 reboots and used system restore. Another heap of MS crap released too early methinks. ;)

tbh I thought it was just crap it would freeze the whole computer for no reason to the point not even task manager could be called up if you want tabbed browsing go for Opera or Firefox don't install this crap......ironically M$ are calling it a critical update.

BTW thats on a MT-34 512MB ram.............

quite odd really, seems that IE7 has mixed reviews, but to the exteme. Its either totally shocking and bugged to hell or working like a dream.

For me personally i've been using it since the earlier beta releases and have yet to have a problem with it. All running just fine here :)

have to aggree with the last 2 posts. ie7 has been working fine on my system even tho i still prefer firefox. i have to use it with certain programs as they wont work with firefox.
no idea what the problem is that Liverpool2008 is having problems with.
does it open 2 tabs at the top of ie7 or 2 pages in your taskbar at the bottom of the page.

Thing i like about Firefox is when you pull down the favourites list there is a icon next to the URL makes it easier to find things..If IE done this it would be superb.. I said in an earlier post ive tried IE7 a couple of times but the whole "look" of it etc puts me off and i always go back to 6.
Mmmmmm...Sandy ive 'ad her ye know. :)
