Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else. I just registered today.
I have just downloaded the emulators and the first rom I went for was The Mob. Everything is great and I have figured out most buttons to use but when I collect a pot, how do I differentiate between collecting the feature, nudge or cash pot? When I am on the board and wish to collect a pot it just automatically collects the cash pot every time. Is there a MAME-like menu for what each button on your keyboard does?
Thanks in advance.
EDIT: Sorry! I just figured out you have to press N or F and not C. Duh! Well, since I opened a silly thread I will ask another silly question. Can you alter pay-out percentages?

Well if there are no buttons already on there, you could try C for cash F for feature and N for nudge. I think thats how it works...I could suggest R for the pot thats red and B for blue but I dont think it corresponds to the C.

Hello Daimo welcome to Fruit-Emu.
Yes there are several as shortcuts as you suggested...
Theres the norm....in MFME (v3 > below can be edited)
1-2-3 = Holds, Space=Start and 0=£1 in etc....
But some layouts (as you have found) had additional buttons.
There are way's-and-means of sussing these (if they are added in the layout).
The first way is as you have done, try the obvious..P=pot......but to see if they actually exist and to suss what they are may be a little harder as a new member to FME.
Open the machine and via the edit menu you can right click and image and select 'properties'.............you'll see button, if this has something written in it this means the button does exist. Easist thing to do it highlight it and hit a button you'll remember--then apply.
Come out of the edit mode close and you'll be asked whether to save changes......select YES and overwrite.........reopen and that is the button to use.
Of course if that 'button' space wasn't filled in the first place then it cannot be created by just adding a button press as further messing with the layout is needed.

Glad I found this site...perhaps pounding the virtual machines for a while will keep me away from the real ones lol.
Cheers.

If you do have any other minor problems I reccommend you read the Knowledgebase
http://www.fruit-emu...dgebase&_a=view
It has a lot of useful information and it also saves us time answering lots of threads about"I cant work this" etc.
