Hi All,

I have recently bought club very rich geezer, the machine works perfectly and when i bought it the lad opened the top front door on the eclipse cabinet and it was fine . I put the keys in the lower cash box and the it was transported.

The problem i have now is that i have three sets of keys Posted Image

1 for the lower front door. 1 for the engineers key slot and one for the inner cash box door. The problem i cant work out how to open the upper front of the machine open again. I first thought that the key for the door had maybe moved during transport and could be in the top section of the machine which would make me completely stuck, but then i noticed that next to the engineers key slot there is what looks like a sliding lock

Is this normal on this cabinet or could someone else have lost the key and added this as a replacement, its pretty tight so before i start trying to force it wanted to make sure that this is the thing to do or do i need to contact bfm to get another top door key?

Any help appreciated

thats to open the door, once youve unlocked it with the key that latch needs to be slide alone to open to door. they can be very tight on the eclipse cabbinets but there isnt really anything that can break easy so just give it a good tug!

might help to push down on the front of the cabinet to help release the pressure on it.

Thanks cyberface but the problem is the only flat key i have is for the lower internal cash box and i dont think this fits the upper opening lock, ive got a feeling that this key is in the upper compartment due to movement in transit. Do you think that bfm would supply another lock/key or is there another way to access the upper compartment to get the key back.

if you are pretty sure you have tried all keys and they dont turn and the the sliding lock wont open then i'm afraid you will have to drill the lock off and fit a new one.
i can supply a new lock for cheap when you need it.
