Im probably being a numpty but cant get my Global HURRICAINE into test mode.
I do as the manual says, open the top door, press the red 'test' button on the hopper and the button on the MPU board at the same time, nothing happens !!
Ive also tried it with the refill key in, and with the bottom door open.
it's driving me nuts !
What am I doing wrong ?

when you open the machine there will be 2 buttons in front of you on the hopper. The green one is for telling the machine that it is full (with the refill key in) the red button should be pressed and held in with the test button for a few seconds to put the machine into test.
If it won't go into test then it might mean that you have a faulty door switch (the white switches on the upper and lower doors)
You can check these by metering them for continuity or replacing
