help barcrest neptunes treasure

hi all i have a barcrest neptunes treasure and my alarm keeps going off. it says on the display "no 24v drive"
can any one help as i am clueless cry

excellent machine you got there used to have one myself, maybe it could be something to do with the powersupply? maybe Baz can help you when he logs on.

Sounds like (from my brief understanding of how these things work) that the fuse for the 24v rail is blown. (Located in the PSU).

where can i find the psu ? what is it ? and what size fuse might it be
