everytime i try to use the games (such as noels house party) all i get when trying to insert credits is alarm 11 or alarm 13/14 and i dont understand what i need to do to correct this. if someone could help me out it will be much apprieciated thanks.

Try 'tapping' the insert coin key quickly (or on the mouse) to enter cash or slowing the emu speed down a bit mate.
