different emulated machines may require different emulators. Download the latest FMEI and install it on here. Download the layout files and extract them to a fruit machine directory you can create and then simply open FME and open that directory - it really is that simple.
There are tutorials on this site if you do a search on the forums that will go in to far more detail.
You need to download an emulator first and then you download the layouts seperately to play on it.

LOL - I think I wasin confuse mode when I wrote that.. What I meant to say was;
download the 16 dll files attributed to the file, associate this with the flux capacitor, while holding down the control and alt keys. Go in to registry editor and find the 17th entry after runonce, add the key :/rastabul/edit. Restart the machine with any CD in the drive after enabling flash bobsy on the BIOS, make sure the rastabul directory has exactly 12MB of data in (no more and no less), create 16 files for each layout (remembering to put the rom in a subdirectory tree at root level indicated with the word/ rastabul roms/).
List all cases of FF within the registry in a text file and subject this to a search through excel enquiry - making sure to keep F2 pressed as you reduce the capacity within the directory gradually down by adding small data to the rastabul capacitor.
Remember this will only work between 7-pm and 9 and that this needs to be done after a clean install and installing service pack 5.

Hello Andy.....
Basically the download section is split into Emulators and what they support you'll see a brief explination under them.....
eg MFMEv3 runs -- Impact, MPU4 ETC ETC....
Once you have to emulator (say the above) look only in the MPU4 emulations...unzip and run ONLY on that version..........
If is still sounds bazarre, reply and i'll add a link to examples.

not being a pain mate don't worry....(we'll talk MFME here)
Download a layout zip and place in its own folder....unzip and you'll see several files.....forget them for now.
Open the EMULATOR and you'll have a grey screen, top left you will see FILE>LOAD GAME........Via the drop menu guide this to the folder you UNZIPPED the LAYOUT to, and then you'll see only ONE of the unzipped files.
Highlight that and select OPEN.
Follow that and see how you get on..............no good just repost

Andy,
As long as you have unzipped the file mate and placed it 'somewhere' (say in new folder One) you will only see the gam file via the emulator as shown below.
You need to manually unzip the layout. (WinZip® - The Zip File Utility for Windows - Zip/Unzip, Encrypt/Decrypt for a trial)
***edit*** Sorry Jay posted at the same time

lol- Well I have an excuse - let's all meet at Blackpool??
You know I wish I had - You all seem like top blokes.. But circumstances make it hard, and I know you didn't do it too.. We'll have to have a fruit-emu conference somewhere at some point!!
I better get back to work anyway - so much to do -- as always!!
