can someone tell to get black and white special dx wroking as when i run it in 9.4 tha alarm is on saying wrong chip please help as ive been waiting for this machine for a long time

Do what I did when I had this with a layout. Delete the game (ie in your case Black & White Special), then unzip the layout into the same location.
When I did this, it "cured" the trouble. It's worth a try
