sorry 4 being a pest but i keep getting logged out.when i try to reply to posts i get message 1 logged out refresh page and log in.
is this usual or am i doing something wrong?

Check your cookie settings might be you aint accepting em for the site failing that check advert filters etc.

cheers alth already tried cookies and filters all a okay,
seems to be okay now think its just been isp being shitty at the weekend as usual keep losing server at weekend all the teeny boppers searching for porn no doubt!!
