Symptoms
You load a layout into one of the emulators and you are unable to view the bottom of the screen, ie, the reels or button.
Cause
The layout has been designed in a higher resolution than that currently set on your PC.
Solution
You will need to increase the desktop resolution of your PC. RIGHT click on your desktop and select 'Properties' from the context menu. Next click the Settings tab and change the resolution slider to 1280 or even 1600 depending on the layout that you are playing.
If the slider does not go up that high then download a smaller version of the layout normally being 1024 x 768. If this is not avalible then you may have to wait for it to be resized or download the classic layout if there is one available.
