In Topic: DO THE £1000 MACHINES REALLY EXIST?

Yes - refills are required. Not sure what the hopper size was on the Barcrest one that went for a grand - the club got rid of it.

PCB holds £350, and you can usually empty it with IM + afters. If you double JP it, then it owes you £150 before refilling.

Not sure where the confusion lies here, as most club machines with afters empty.

ARE YOU SURE ABOUT WHAT YOU HAVE POSTED SUBDERMA MATE? :eusa_eh:
£250 Jackpot and it paid out a total of £750 (£30 to u + £720 2 whoever)
thats 3x the jackpot! Can one of these machines hold that amount of coin in its tubes? :bigups: or is it a typing error? :eusa_doh:

My local snooker club got quite an old Barcrest in it just before I went on holiday a few weeks ago (Can't remember the name though). Looked really low tech, so didn't bother playing it. 4 Barcrests = £250 + repeat chance. Yeah, right I thought, like the £250 will ever repeat. Got hit for £1000 the day before I came back - Jackpot + 3 repeats. It does happen .....

Had double jackpot on PCB a few times too - nice if you can set it up :)

In Topic: MPU5 CONTINUED!!!

I'm sure if an MPU5 Emu was created and distributed outside this site, then there's probably not a lot the manufacturers can do.

Just a thought .....

In Topic: A quick question for Duplu or Wozza

I wanted to donate before replying so that I could show the way.

Unfortunately Paypal isn't the quickest thing to set up. Sooooo - as soon as my next statement arrives with my activation thingy on it, a donation will be winging its way to the site.

To be honest I wouldn't mind membership attracting a fee, even if its only nominal like a quid. How can hundreds of great Emus not be worth that ?

And I'm all in favour of encouraging our fence sitting guests to enter the debates or at least contribute *something*
